Beth C. Vaughan-Wrobel is the Associate Director/Direct of Education of the Schmieding Center for Senior Health and Education, one of the seven centers on aging of the Arkansas Aging Initiative, Donald W. Reynolds Institute of Aging, University of Arkansas for Medical Sciences. The Schmieding Center, located in Springdale, Arkansas, has the mission of improving the life of older adults and families though health care services and education. Dr. Vaughan-Wrobel has been with the Schmieding Center since its inception in 1999. The focus of the education program is training certified home caregivers and assisting families who are experiencing caregiving concerns.
